Te Urungi: Innovating Aotearoa events schedule

To apply to the innovation Fund, you need to attend a Te Urungi: Innovating Aotearoa event. Get notifications when registrations for Te Urungi open in your region.

Te Urungi continues to travel across the motu, and new dates and venues for Te Urungi will be added as they are confirmed. You are encouraged to attend in the region where you are based.

Upcoming events in 2022. All events will be online to comply with COVID requirements.

  • Tāmaki Makaurau West Auckland Online (Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 February)
    Due to the country entering into the red traffic light setting, the opening of registration for this event has been postponed. 
    If you have signed up to receive notifications for this event, you will be provided with updates on registrations and the event once confirmed.
  • Tāmaki Makaurau South Auckland Online (Friday 25 and Saturday 26 February)
    Registrations open 8 February.
  • Tāmaki Makaurau Wider Auckland Online (Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 March workshop &  Monday 28 - Thursday 31 March is allocated for booking in a 10 minute online sharing session)
    Registrations open 8 March.

    For these three events, participants choosing the event closest to them will enable greater local connections and collaboration.
  • Tūranganui-a-Kiwa Gisborne Online (Saturday 5 March - Sunday 6 March)
    Registration open 15 February.
  • Te Tai Tokerau Northland Online (Saturday 19 March - Sunday 20 March)
    Registrations have closed as this event is rescheduled from October 2021.
