Manatū Taonga is now accepting applications for round one of the Capability Fund. Applications for round one must be submitted by 5pm on Tuesday 9 February 2021.

About the Capability Fund

The Capability Fund supports the cultural sector to adapt to the COVID-19 environment by funding projects that build skills and knowledge, and provide access to advice, services, tools and resources.

Round one provides funding for cultural sector leadership organisations to deliver projects that build the capability of sector practitioners, organisations and businesses. This includes iwi, hapū and marae organisations.

Cultural sector leadership organisations can apply for project funding for a ready-to-go project or seed funding to develop an idea into a proposal for project funding.

If you have further questions about the Capability Fund, please email the team at [email protected]
