In April 2004 the Ministry for Culture and Heritage was seeking expressions of interest from organisations that may be interested in applying for the licence for the non-commercial radio frequency 0.810 Mhz in the AM band in Auckland.
Interested parties were sent an Expressions of Interest Pack containing formal application documents and an outline of the process involved.
